Founded as a spontaneous volunteering opportunity, Emme strives to be a fourth-wave leader in Seattle’s bustling coffee culture. The pop-up has two purposes: serve well and experiment often. Eventually Emme will operate in its own unique space, with homemade ingredients and flavors that express culture and creativity. Really, we just want to make a ton of delicious drinks.

The business currently opens when and where it can, in collaboration with other friendly business owners that generously bring our baristas behind their counters.
